Online Payments with PayPAMS

PayPAMS Parent Account Management System is a school cafeteria program for the benefit of parents and district administrators. PayPAMS provides parents with a safe, simple and convenient way to prepay for your student's meal account 24 hours a day at your convenience. After creating a PayPAMS account, parents can set up automatic payment plans, view balances and account history, and receive automated notification on balance status. Account and service fees will apply.

Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat, relax, and engage in scholarly conversations with their classmates.

Rickards Cafeteria Point of Sale System

In addition to accepting cash, Rickards uses a Point of Sale (PoS) system in the cafeteria. This computer-based system keeps track of student cafeteria balances as they purchase food and deposit money into their account. Each student attending Rickards is assigned a PIN Number to access their account. Each student should memorize his/her number and NEVER share it with anyone.

Students pay for their meals at the register in the cafeteria using cash or may charge meals to their account by entering their PIN number on the keypad located at the register. Additional funds may be added to cafeteria accounts via cash or check and payments are made at the cash register in the cafeteria.
